Hannah Leon

Hi, I am Hannah, the founder of The Color Compass Chicago. Before starting my business, I started my career in private equity, an environment that sharpened my eye for detail and strategy. While I valued that work, everything shifted after becoming a mother. That season of life inspired me to pursue something more creative, personal, and aligned with helping others feel truly seen.

I became professionally trained and licensed in personal color analysis using the 12 seasons system combining technical experience with an intuitive individualized approach. My mission is to help people discover the colors that naturally harmonize with their features so that getting dressed feels easier, shopping becomes more intentional, and confidence comes effortlessly.
